- 1. This product is composed Y coat (under coating) and LS#700 (final coating)
2. Y Coat is composed powder and binder. LS#700 is liquid and very good releasability.
3. This product protect ladle from buring or aluminum adhesion at AL casting.
4. Heat resistant at 1000 and non-flammable.
5. Longer life than ordinal heat resistant coating agent. - Component
- 1. Y Coat Powder: Mineral binder + heatresistant mineral pigment
@ (Mixing ratio = powder : binder at 70% : 30% weight %)
2. LS#700: Mineral water base paint - Property Y Coat (after mixing)

- 1. When you mix Y Coat, please stir well.
2. After mix Y Coat, please use as soon as possible. It will be hardened after 120 min.
3. Please clean the oil content of the surface of appication. - Packing:
